Clav World HQ

Clav World HQ is the private, internal workspace operated by Clavs World Inc. Our team uses it to coordinate schedules, events, messages and daily work: who is doing what, by when, and what changed. Access is by invitation, and every account is approved by the team before it can see anything.

What it does

  • Team and role chats, announcements and “Got it” confirmations.
  • Tasks with owners and deadlines, and reminders when something is due or late.
  • Events with their schedule, people and key info in one place.
  • Alerts by app notification, email and text.

Optional team calendar sync

The owner of the team’s main Google Calendar can choose to connect it, so the shared HQ schedule stays in step with it both ways. Events on that calendar can then be seen by the team. Team members never need to connect their own calendars. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is read, stored and shared, and how to disconnect.
